Albury War Cemetery Grounds Maintenance
Client: The Australian Government

The Albury War Cemetery contains 96 service burials of the Second World War, comprising 2 RN, 89 Australian Army and 5 RAAF. A further 18 war graves are scattered throughout the general cemetery.
RPMS is engaged by the Commonwealth of Australia to maintain the grounds to a high quality visual appearance. Scope of works includes:
- Lawn mowing;
- Edge lawns alongside paths, garden beds and headstones;
- Sweep /wipe clean Concrete paths, concrete areas and hard structures; and
- Remove all leaf litter, grass clippings, fallen trees and branches;Inspect Irrigation and establish a watering schedule in order to maintain lawns in line with applicable water restrictions.
This is a complex contract that requires the utmost diligence, ensuring RPMS maintain the grounds to the highest standards as per the Commonwealth of Australia’s service standards, whilst ensuring the safety of the public, flexibility and respect whilst services of special meaning are undertaken throughout the year.
CSU Gutter Cleaning and Maintenance
Client: Charles Sturt Campus Services Limited
Location: Dubbo, Wagga Wagga, Bathurst, Orange NSW and Canberra ACT

RPMS is engaged by CSU Campus Services to clean and maintain the gutters and downpipes on all campus buildings across 5 operational campuses (Dubbo, Wagga Wagga, Bathurst, Orange, and Canberra).
RPMS worked in close collaboration with each campus maintenance division’s to ensure that the services were carried out without disrupting the existing campus operations, whilst ensuring the safety of educators, students and the public. In order to successfully achieve this we implemented robust Project Management Plans that were specific to each site and considered the needs of CSU.
Works were completed to the highest standard, which is demonstrated through the satisfaction of our client offering RPMS the opportunity to continue our services for another yearly term across the 2018 / 2019 Financial year.
Property Maintenance Services
Client: Ray White Real Estate Wodonga
Location: Albury NSW & Wodonga VIC
Contract Value: Ad hoc services as required of various values.

RPMS undertakes ad-hoc maintenance work for Ray White Real Estate throughout the Albury and Wodonga regions. Works incorporate gutter cleaning services and yard maintenance on behalf of property landlords.

Client: Mercy Health Home and Community Care

Through our local networks and reputation for providing high quality maintenance services, RPMS has secured a three year contract providing maintenance services for Mercy Health Home and Community Care. RPMS is proud to assist in providing maintenance services to our most valued and vulnerable members of the Albury community, the elderly and palliative care patients. Works include but are not limited to grounds maintenance services incorporating landscaping and lawn maintenance and gutter cleaning services.
